Digital work is delivered digitally unless otherwise discussed.

Turnaround times may vary depending on workload, health, personal circumstances, and project complexity.

Clients must provide clear references, information, and communication when placing an order.

Any details not clearly explained may be interpreted through my own artistic judgment and style.

Sketches, drafts, or work-in-progress updates may be provided depending on the project.

Revisions are allowed during early stages unless otherwise stated.

Major changes after approval stages may be denied or require additional fees.

Minor corrections caused by artist error will always be fixed free of charge.

Completion times are estimates and not guarantees unless a specific deadline was agreed upon beforehand.

I reserve the right to complete projects out of order.

Payment must be completed before the final files are delivered unless otherwise agreed upon.

Payment plans may be available for larger projects.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the project and loss of rights to the work.

Chargebacks immediately revoke any permission to use the artwork, designs, or related content.

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

I retain full copyright ownership of all artwork and content created by me.

I retain the right to display commissioned or purchased work in portfolios, galleries, social media, commission examples, and promotional material unless privacy was discussed beforehand.

I retain ownership of my original concepts, species, lore, worldbuilding, designs, and creative projects unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Clients may repost or publicly display purchased work with visible credit to Dianapala whenever possible.

Clients may use purchased work for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

Clients may not claim the work as their own creation.

Clients may not heavily alter, redistribute, trace, edit, or remove watermarks/signatures from the work without permission.

Clients may not use my work for NFTs, blockchain-related projects, cryptocurrency, AI training, or similar technologies.

Commercial usage rights are not included unless specifically discussed and agreed upon beforehand.

I reserve the right to cancel a project at any time.

Refund amounts depend on how much work has already been completed.

Completed work is non-refundable.

If a client cancels after work has already begun, only a partial refund may be provided.

Refunds will not be given for issues caused by unclear instructions, missing information, or failure to communicate important details beforehand.

If I cancel a project before completion, an appropriate refund will be issued depending on the amount of work completed.

Purchasing a design grants ownership of the individual character/design unless otherwise stated

The original artwork and copyright still belong to me as the artist.

Designs may be altered, traded, gifted, or resold unless stated otherwise.

Purchasing a design does not grant ownership over the species, lore, worldbuilding, concepts, or connected universe associated with it.

My original species, concepts, and worldbuilding may not be copied, recreated, or heavily referenced without permission.

Credit to Dianapala as the original designer is appreciated whenever possible.

By purchasing, commissioning, or using my services, you confirm that:

You are legally allowed to enter this agreement or have permission from a legal guardian if required.
